AntiSick is published by Chenglin Wu. By downloading or using AntiSick, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. The App
AntiSick is a passenger comfort tool that provides motion-linked visual cues, guided breathing, soothing audio, Live Camera, and personal progress features. It is designed to support a more comfortable ride.
AntiSick is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any disease or condition. It is not a substitute for medication, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary, and the app may not reduce discomfort for every person or journey. Seek medical advice for persistent, severe, or concerning symptoms.
AntiSick is intended for passengers. Do not operate the app while driving or whenever using it would distract you from traffic, navigation, safety instructions, or your surroundings. Stop using the app if it increases discomfort or creates a safety concern.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
AntiSick offers a Monthly Pro auto-renewable subscription and a Lifetime Pro one-time purchase. Both unlock the Pro features described in the app. The exact features, price, billing period, currency, and storefront availability are shown before purchase and confirmed by Apple.
Monthly Pro
Monthly Pro automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase at confirmation and for each renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Deleting AntiSick does not cancel an active subscription.
Lifetime Pro
Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable, one-time purchase tied to the Apple Account used to buy it. It provides access to the included Pro features for the supported lifetime of AntiSick, subject to these Terms, platform availability, and changes reasonably required to maintain, secure, or comply with the app.
Restoration, refunds, and trials
Use Restore Purchases inside AntiSick while signed in with the Apple Account used for purchase. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com and applicable Apple policies. AntiSick does not offer a free trial unless one is explicitly displayed by Apple before purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use AntiSick only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase or feature controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it in a way that creates a safety risk.
4. Your Information
You retain your rights in profile choices, journey records, comfort feedback, and other information you enter. AntiSick processes this information locally only as needed to provide the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account.
5. Intellectual Property
The AntiSick app, interface, code, branding, website, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AntiSick; they do not transfer ownership.
6. Third-Party Services
Purchases use Apple’s App Store and In-App Purchase services. RevenueCat provides purchase validation, entitlement management, and restoration. Website delivery uses Cloudflare. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability may affect related AntiSick features.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AntiSick is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular comfort outcome, or compatibility with every vehicle, device, person, or medical condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chenglin Wu and AntiSick are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunity. Total direct liability arising from AntiSick will not exceed the amount you paid for AntiSick during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted there.
8. Termination
You may stop using AntiSick at any time and may cancel an active subscription through Apple. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful use, or a threat to the app or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or region of residence, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us and allow at least 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when AntiSick, its purchases, service providers, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
